Brinley’s Tests Are Back…And Other Fun
Today we got back the last of Brinley’s genetic tests and also met with her neurologist. All the genetic tests came back normal so that’s good and bad. Good because it canceled out a lot of scary diseases but bad because she could have some scary disease that isn’t named yet. The next step is to do a chromosome study and one more set of labs for a carb. disorder. The chromosome study should let us know if her condition was a sporadic mutation or not. The carb. disorder they didn’t really explain to me so I’ll talk more to the doctors about it once the labs are back. We did the labs after her appointment today so in 2-6 weeks we should have the results.
In other news, we went fishing this labor day. I should say Aaron fished and I played with Brinley. Yet somehow I caught the most fish.
And in case you haven’t gotten enough of Brinley laughing videos…She thought my feet moving around was hilarious so I had to grab the camera and get this on video. Again sorry for the shaking.

Hahah! What a goof ball. I love it when babies think the little things are the funniest. Lately, all we’ve had to do is just look at Emma and she bursts out laughing!
