We’re Home!
Just a quick update to let everyone know that we’re home from the hospital. Brinley was so good while we were there but she was ready for more space and so were we. We got home last night to a giant sign that said, “We Love You” on our driveway. We have the greatest neighbors! Today my friends, Kristen and Nicole, from our old ward stopped by to visit and bring dinner. They brought their little one year olds who are so dang cute wobbling around all over the place. I think all of the noise scared Brinley though, she cried for awhile and then went fast asleep. We’re so thankful for such great friends.
Many of you have commented and called asking what could you do to help out. Aaron and I both agree that by far the best thing is knowing that there are so many prayers on Brinley’s behalf. I think it would be awesome to have a count of how many people are praying for her but I’m sure it’s in the hundreds. We realize in this situation that it’s hard to express your concerns. The best thing is to know that so many faithful people are praying for our sweet little girl. Thank you for being there for us and for all of the love and support!

Glad that you guys are home, I’m sure that is such a relief! Wish we were closer to help out in some way, but know you are in our prayers! Take care!

It is good to know that you have good friends, neighbors, and family. I’ll bet you can feel those prayers.Take comfort in those prayers. The Lord is mindful of you and your situation. And we all know that He has a plan, sometimes we can’t see the plan, nor understand it. Alot of times the Doctors can’t help nor explain but as you see – prayer can. We love you and you are constantly in our prayers. A saying that one time really helped me – Chin up — knees bent. All of this is easy for me to tell you — but if I were in your shoes — I’d be freaking out! We all KNOW what we should feel and know — but it’s hard to really put it into practice when it hits our lives.

That is the best news to know things are looking up a bit. Coming home was a giant step for us. We know that the stay in Primary Children’s or any hospital is very difficult. You have definetly had our prayers coming your way, and we will continue to remember Brinley and her wonderful parents in our prayers!

I am thinking of you always and saying lots of prayers for little Brinley and her whole family. We love you! I wish I could give you all big hugs. Stay strong. You’re awesome, and Brinley was given to you, Aaron and Holly, because Heavenly Father knows you are the best parents for her, and He will help you through this! If you need anything, let us know, OK? ♥
